თარგმანი: ესე არს ძალი სიტყუათაჲ ამათ, ვითარმედ: არარას ძალისა უმეტესსა ეძიებს ღმერთი, არამედ ნებებასა კეთილისასა მდიდრად, რომელი-ესე ყოველსა ძალ-უც, ხოლო აღსრულებასა საქმისასა — ძალისაებრ; რამეთუ მცირე მისაცემელი, ძალისაებრი, უკუეთუ უხუებითა გონებისაჲთა იყოს, დიდთა საფასეთა მდიდართასა მძლე ექმნების, მსგავსად ორთა მათ მწულილთა ქურივისათა.
