თარგმანი: არა, ვითარ-იგი ვიეთმე გულისჴმა-ყვეს, მიწისაგანობაჲ ბუნებისაჲ მაყენებს ჩუენ, რაჲთა ღმრთისაგან ვიყვნეთ, არამედ არა-მსგავსებაჲ მისი სათნოებითა. რამეთუ მისგანობაჲ ჩუენი ბუნებითადცა ითქუმის, რამეთუ მისნი შექმნულნი ვართ. ხოლო აწ სათნოებათა მიერითა მსგავსებითა მადლით მისგანობად გუაწუევს სიყუარულითა მოყუასთაჲთა, რამეთუ მან თავადმან ესე აღგჳთქუა, ვითარმედ: "ამით ცნან ყოველთა, რამეთუ ჩემნი მოწაფენი ხართ, რაჟამს იყუარებოდით ურთიერთას" ().
